Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Return Eligibility

  • Products received in damaged or broken condition
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Seal tampered or packaging compromised on delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Products without original packaging are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Razorpay payments, the refund timeline depends on your bank or card issuer.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number and photos of the issue
  • Our team will review and approve within 2 business days
